The Grand Palace

The Grand Palace is a royal place that was the official residence of the Kings of Thailand since 1782, consisting of multiple buildings and temples, located at the heart of Bangkok. The most sacred temple in Thailand, Temple of the Emerald Buddha is in this palace.
Sleeping Buddha

The Sleeping Buddha is a 15-meter high and 46-meter long Buddha statue in Bangkok, inside The Grand Palance. It was built by King Rama III in 1832. The image of the sleeping Buddha represents the entry of Buddha into Nirvana and the end of all reincarnations.
Kao San Road

A short 410-meter street in Bangkok. "Khaosan" translates as 'milled rice', as the street was a major Bangkok rice market and today has developed into a famous place for backpackers to visit. The road can have up to 50,000 tourists per day in the high season. Food, accommodation, music, drinks, and a lot of people, a very lively place!
