Our FAQ section is designed to answer some of the questions we typically get from our clients. If you don't see an answer to your question, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is always happy to help in any way we can.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is the process? How does this work?​​​

    • Answer: The process is simple. First, you contact us (via email, phone call, text as per in the Contact page). Then we a chat to discuss the needs, wants, and requirements of your trip. Then we present you with what we think is best for you. If agreed, then we proceed to do the booking for you. Payment occurs at time of booking, but depending on the itinerary, payment might occur during check-in. We will then forward you the tickets that you need and give a run-down summary of your planned trip. The only steps remaining is to pack up and then begin your adventure on the day of!

  2. How will I get my tickets? And all the information I would need for the itineraries that are booked for me?

    • Answer: Once we do all the bookings for you, we will forward you all the tickets (and supplementary information that sometimes comes with the tickets) so that you will have everything you need to enter, participate, check-in on your itinerary of interest.

  3. If I have any issues, what do I do?

    • Answer: You are always welcome to contact us for any issues. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues or address your questions. At times, the solution is with the servicer provider of the itinerary itself, so we may forward you to them if needed.

  4. Is Dhaka Travel Bangkok providing services only for in Thailand?

    • Answer: Yes, we specialize in trip planning and booking within Thailand. However, if you have a special request that involves visiting other countries, do reach out to us as we occasionally can book for activities and flights outside of Thailand as well.

  5. What happens if I'm late to a booking itinerary? 

    • Answer: This depends on the itinerary itself. Certain itineraries are time sensitive and if you miss its appointed time, you may have to skip out. That said, reaching out to the servicer provider of the itinerary itself would be the best course of action. We recommend having your ticket/booking ID handy when contacting them.

  6. Can I ask you to book for attraction sites, living accommodations, and flights? And how about booking only for one or two of them separately?

    • Answer: Yes, we are happy to plan and book the full suite consisting of attraction sites, accommodations, and flights. And yes, we can absolutely just plan and book for a specific itinerary item separately too.

  7. I have a list of activities I would like to do, but don't know the best order to do them as they're all in different places. Could you help plan this?

    • Answer: We can most definitely help you plan it all. It is likely we know of the activities you have in mind. All in all, yes, we will be happy to help you sort out the various activities in the best order so that the travelling between them is reasonable and optimal.
